CBR40 - xfinity internet speed
I am using a CBR40 with Xfinity. I have 600 mbps and when I test my speed on the app I usually get around 190 - 210 mbps which doesn’t make sense to me. They recently upgraded my speed to 800mbps and ...
Are you speed testing with a wired or wireless device? Wired is preferred.

Check wired speeds first. Those should be near to ISP spec if you have a good PC with a 1Gb ethernet adapter.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try Auto and 48 on 5Ghz. Or try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
