CBR40 Buying Support - Do I need a satellite too?

Thanks in advance...

I am going to buy a Orbi CBR40, WiFi Router & modem.

It's being used in a 4,000 sq ft home, positioned on the second floor at one end of the house, not centrally located.

Di I need to add a satellite?I'm considering also buyinng the RBS50 Add-on Satelilite.

Would this be a good move, or overkill?

    There is a CBK40 kit that comes with the CBR40 and a RBS20 satellite. I have this system in my 5000sq ft home and same kind of placement, modem router up stairs on 2nd level at one end and the satellite at the opposite end, 40 feet away. Steller coverage and performance.
