CBR40 can't access router login unless modem restart. Updated firmware...

I know I am not the only one dealing with this. For months I can't access the Orbilogon, or Routerlogin of Orbi unless I restart it. Then a day or 2 later the same thing. I have updated the firmware, reset the unit and the problem keeps coming back, I am hoping my device is not failing???

    What broswer are you using? 
    Be sure to clear ALL browser caches before enter the routers web page.

    Can you access 192.168.1.1 or .0.1? 

     

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
