CBR40 randomly disconnects after firmware update
Hi. I have a CBR40 router with two RBS20 satellites that I installed two years ago and have been working flawlessly. On Friday, I logged into the Orbi app and installed the "new" v2.5.0.28 firmware....
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.

Before my original posting, I had rebooted modem/router combination as well as unplugged it. I had my ISP check the signal and everything reports good.
After posting, I pulled the error log (attached) and noticed the MIMO warning. Not sure how to correct this.On Monday, I was finally able to power down my entire Wifi completely. The modem/router, satellites, and all connected units were unplugged for 10 hours while I was at work. I powered on and rebooted the modem/router first. After about 5 minutes, I checked and all lights were illuminated. I then began powering up my network once item at a time. For the first 3 or 4 hours everything seemed great (I was streaming videos with now connection issues), but then the system began going offline periodically again. About 3 to 4 times that night. I rechecked the log and no new errors had occurred.

How many RBS do you have deployed?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
