CBR40 Trying to reset to start over. Nothing is connecting

I'm trying to start over with everthing that is attached to the CBR40 and RBS20 satellite (recently added).

I have been having trouble with one of my ring cameras staying attached. I disconnected all items, then removed power from the cable modem then plugged it back in. The orbi app finds the CBR40 but doesn't show its online. I can attach my iPad to it but I can seem to get any further using the app. The cable part seems to function properly since TV channels are working.

Can you help whit some suggestions on what I should do to get my network back up and running please.
