change email address on account
OMG I can't believe how hard this is. I am just trying to change the email address in my account. I've gone through a never ending see of useless and circular links. How hard can you possibly make this? I've wasted an hour trying to do it, open up cases and now trying here. HELP PLEASE

When I click on "MYNETGEAR" at the top of the page, it brings up a login screen which then displays a list of my registered devices.
On the right side of that screen, clicking on the image of a person (robot? android?) drops down a menu where I can select Manage Profile.
That screen has a selection for Login Settings that allows me to change the email address or password.
Is this the process you followed?
How did it malfunction?
I don't get anything like that. So I tried mynetgear And it now fails and says "it tried to redirect too many times"
