Change email address RBR50

I've been trying (unsuccessfully) for months to change my email address both in this forum and for my Netgear.com account. It's impossible! Things change...and people change their email addresses. Why doesn't Netgear accommodate this? Seriously, it's enough to make me choose a different brand product. Thanks for any help.
