Change Email

I have two questions I am hoping someone from Netgear can help with.

1. I need to change my email address for login but can't see how to do it on the app on my iphone or anywhere else.  Any idea how to do that?

2. I am unable to setup remote management as it says the orbi is already registered.  Any idea how to fix this?
