change orbi app email

I found a place to change my email at .my.netgear.com, but when I did so, it erased all links to my previous community forum posts.
(which came as a BIG surprise). I finally sent a private message to one of the forum moderators (by clicking on their screen name and selecting "send a private message"). Moderators have that "Capital N" after their name.
The moderator was able to get my email changed the way I wanted it and restore my "previous life".
Of course, if all you want to do is change the email, and you don't care about previous community posts, log in at my.netgear.com and there is a "Profile" option on the left that will let you change email address.
