change password on RBR40. Message I receive is that I am not logged in yet I can get on the internet

Model number is RBR40

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
    Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
