Change web server timeout???

Anybody played with changing Orbi web server timeout?  Orbi is running Busybox with web server lighttpd.  It would appear this is a special "lite" version of lighttpd.  The expected parameters in lighttpd.conf aren't there and setting them throws an error.  I am guessing the timeout is hard coded but maybe someone who has played more with lighttpd has some insight.   Thanks
