Changed my modem and now my orbi will not connect to new modem
I switched my Xfinity modem for an ARRIS model T25. Everything hard wired to the modem is fine and online. However, my orbi, which is also hard wired to the modem, does not connect. What needs to be done?

The problem is the "also connected to the modem".
Xfinity only supports 1 public ip address (unless you pay for more or are on a business class line).
Meaning that only 1 device can be connected to the modem (even though it has more ports).
So disconnect everything from the modem, power it and the router off for 2 minutes.
Then boot the modem back up and give it a couple minutes to fully boot.
Then connect the router and boot it up.
Try setup that route.

When you change the modem in front of a router, you have to get the router to forget any settings that it has inherited from the old modem.
There are a couple of ways of doing that.
The eaisest is to reset the router and then to reboot the network in the usual order:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.
Another option, recently reported here by someone else, is to run the setup wizard on the router. Then feed in the required details during the setup process.
I haven't tried that one but it worked for them.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
