Changing email address associated with Orbi RBK50
PM sent to Blanca with my details. Please amend the email address associated with my router to my new email address please.
- Ignore as I was using a different email address initially. All sorted now!
Yes, but my old email address is linked to the serial no. of my Orbi. Netgear need to amend it at their end. Can you get someone to do it please?

How?
MyNetgear is where my serial numbers are tied to the system.
Change the email address there and the serial numbers should follow.
Maybe you haven't signed up to MyNetgear, and can't see your devices registered.
That is why I asked how your devices were linked to a particular email address.
Help us out here. Explain what is going on without making any assumptions about what has to happen.
- My existing account is not found and I cannot log in under it for some reason. Hence me seeking help from Netgear directly.
