Changing ISP -Orbi RBS50 - Internet is connected, but Orbi is not detecting internet

Whenever you change ISP's, its always good to start back at stock.
I'd start with factory resetting the router. (Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on).
then follow the install guide for it.
What modem do you have from cox?
Did cox provision it?
We decided to go against the router / wifi combo from Cox. We went with a arris surfboard - with no wifi capabilities.
The plan has been to utilize the Orbi all wifi capabilities.
