Changing network - old network name comes up despite factory reset - AC2200 Orbi Micro Router(RBR20)

I've just moved house which has a different Wifi network to my old house. I've tried a factory reset to my Orbi so I can set up the new network. This didn't work and my old network name keeps coming up when trying to set up the new network.

How do I overcome this?

What, exactly, does "Wifi network" mean to you?

Which "old network name keeps coming up" where?  "trying"?

I don't know what "this" is, or what you're doing, or what's in
    either house.

Connected to what?  Is there an ISP involved?

Try pressing the Reset button on the back of the RBR for 15 seconds then release. Wire connedt a PC or laptop to the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard at 192.168.1.1 in a web browser.
