Sorry I jumped to an incorrect assumption. I have no idea what "account" refers to. As far as I can tell, this community forum has no phone number associated with it. Doesn't have two factor authentication that typically uses SMS to phone numbers. Not in the user profile anywhere. Not my day. Sorry.
