Chargepoint wifi issues

Try connecting it to the Verizon router and test.
Something to make contact with the Mfr of this device regarding there product.

- Thanks for this. The charger doesn’t find any networks, including Orbi, Verizon or any of our neighbors’ networks - all of which I can see as available on my phone when standing next to the charger. Does that suggest it’s an issue with the charger, not the internet?
Correct. Something to check with the Mfr about. May have gone bad.

Have you reset the charger and attempted to set it up again using the app and Bluetooth connection?
(I could not find a step-by-step explanation of the process, only "follow the directions")
This sounds like time to call that 800 number and talk to Chargepoint.
