Chrome and RBR20 web interface issue
When using the latest chrome and accessing RBR20 web interface, the Status: always shows waiting and also attach devices in the home screen show nothing.
However using safari or firefox, it work perfectly.
You're not the first one with this issue running chrome 77. Some have had luck with rebooting their devices. there's an statement from a netgear rep in this post.

Chrome on which platrorm(Windows, Mac, Android?)

MacOS: Mojave
Chrome: Version 77.0.3865.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I tried with Chrome on my android phone, it's the same.
With Firefox and Safari, it's fine.
