Hi. What exactly did you do? I have the same issue - but as far as I can see, the firmware is fine.
Did you download the firmware and do the manual update?

Yes, downloaded from website, logged into orbi directly from laptop (see manual) then reinstalled the firmware to the main hub. rebooted and then tried to turn circle back on. Which it did. Then tried opening circle app on phone and everything was back to normal... Good luck
