Circle is blocking allowed sites and causing many sites to not load properly

Support:

Recently purchased orbi and setup circle parental control.  When filtering is enabled there are several website that no longer load or load improperly.  These sites are not showing up in the blocked list, they are showing in the "allowed" tab in history. Here is a list of examples:

discord.com or discord applcition (win10 & ipad) = Does not load.  Shows a "trying to connect" message.  

roll20.net = site does not load properly and is unusable

Netflix.com =  Pictures do not load

In addition, any device being monitored by circle displays a "not connected to internet" message on network connection for win10 pc's.    

I've tried selecting 'unmanaged' for the sites that are not working properly but no change by doing so.  The only way the sites start working properly is if I remove the device from the profile.
