Circle not texting passcode

Question

I recently upgraded from a Nighthawk R7000 to the new Orbi RB10 system but I can't enable my Circle subscription.&nbsp; I'm unable to receive the passcode.&nbsp; Please advise, thanks.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;
