Circle Not working with ATT

Hello,

I have an ATT Modem model BGW210-700 that is configured in passthrough mode. I have circle primum active and when I have devices that have filters on there is a message that says "Can't establish a secure connection..." Do I need to trust the certificates that are used by the Orbi? I recently switched from COX to ATT. I did not have any issues when I was using Cox.

  • Modem Combo Units:
    Couple of options,
    1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
    2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
    3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router.

I would suggest trying option 2 first. Disable passthru on the modem and configure DMZ for the Orbi then see how it works. I presume there is a problem at the modem thats blocking something. I can trust the certs from the Orbi if your seeing messages in the browser.
