Circle passcode won't reset, no SMS delivered RBR50

I accidentially turned on Circle in parental controls and trying to disable it.  I'm clicking "send me sms" and I never receive the text.  How can I turn off Circle on my router?  I try disabling through the Orbi app however, it won't let me disable through the app.  When I try logging onto Orbi admin, I get a page saying "this device is paused".
