What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Power OFF the ISP modem and RBR for 30 seconds then back on.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? YOu might do this and walk thru the setup wizard with a web browser connected to the RBRs web page at orbilogin.com

I'm a bit lost with what you said but you want me to reboot my router and go through the setup once again?
But the orbi is brand new
thwat, did you enable Armor and/or Disney Circle when you setup the router? If so, they could be blocking some of the web sites you are trying to access, thus giving the "404" error. If you enabled them, please disable them and try the sites again that are giving you issues. If they are the cause of the errors, then I suggest posting on the community forum in the sections for Armor and/or Circle.
Try the reboot of the RBR first and power OFF the ISP Modem for 30 seconds then back ON. If the RBR doesn't get connected. Reset the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard.
I will do it this evening because people are using the network
