Compatibility of satellites with Orbi RBR20 Router

Hi   I have a RBR20 Router and 2 RBS20 satellites, I want to purchase another satellite but Im having difficulty finding one anywhere. Can I buy and use another satellite, for example RBS50? Does ...

Compatible satellites:

RBS20

RBW30

RBS40

RBS40V

RBS50

RBS50Y

You can also use the EX7500, EX7700, EX8000 but they don't "integrate" with the system but function as their own mesh.

    Thanks for the post.. i have rbr20 & 7700. Just curious what the performance hit would be, when combined, compared to rbs20/rbr20. Thanks for your time

      I've never tested the performance difference from using the official rbs20 satellite to using the ex7700. 

      The have the same width backhaul/fronthaul so if you're only using 1, it shouldn't be a whole lot.
