I have a RBR40 Router with 1 satellite that are working.   I have a RBR20 router with a RBW30 Wall plug satellite.  I cant get the RBR40 to recognize the RBR30 Router.  Do I need to set up a separte network with the RBR20 Router independant of the RBR40 Network?

Perhaps there is a typo in the description?  RBR40 router, RBR20 router, RBR30 router?

If you Factory Reset the RBW30 wall plug satellite, it can be added to the existing RBR40 router as a satellite.  The RBR20 router can only be used as a router; never as a satellite.

The RBR20 router will not connect to the RBR40. You can setup a separate network independent to the RBR40, or omit it and connect the RBW30 to the RBR40.

I'd make sure the RBWs FW is updated:
