computer doesn't show up on network map

When I look at the network map on my Orbi router, I see all devices except for one.  I believe this is causing me to be unable to get Logitech Flow to find that computer.  When I ping that computer from that computer (call it xxx.18) to my main computer (call it xxx.8), I get no response.  If I ping from xxx.8 to xxx.18 I get a response, but the response is from xxx.8 not xxx.18.  Does anyone have a clue as to what is taking place?  It has been suggested that I clear the ARP table in the router, but I'm unsure how to do that other than rebooting the router.

Help would be much appreciated.

Is "Network Map" another term for the Orbi web interface Attached Devices web page, or for the Orbi "app" list of devices?

One thing to bear in mind is that some devices default to "not accept" connection requests in their firewall rules.  The default for Windows 10, for example, is to not respond to ICMP Echo requests (ping).  If these computers are both Windows, it might be worth examining the firewall rules to ensure that Logitech Flow is permitted access through the firewall.
