Yes and no.
You can disable the wireless on the modem/router or you can make sure to put the wireless broadcast channels on a different channel.
For example, if the modem is broadcasting on the 2.4ghz channel 1 put the orbi on channel 6 or 11.
Then it won't interfere with yours. (might not help the neighbors having 2 networks)
But if you leave it on the same channels as the orbi, it can interfere.
You can also run into double nat issues.

to fix that, you can put the modem/router into modem only/passthrough mode, put the netgear's ip addres in the modem/routers DMZ, or you can put the netgear in access point mode.
