Connect Model RBS50Y to Linksys Velop router

I'm trying to install the RBS50Y extender to my existing wifi network (I'm a Mac user). My router system is the Linksys Velop system. I've followed the instructions to set the Orbi in "Extender Mode" and now I'm to the point where I'm supposed to "locate and connect to the extender network called NETGEAR_EXT." My problem is that I have no idea how to do this.

I've open Mac System Preferences / Network but there isn't a way to add it.

What's next? How can I do this?

    Select your wifi signal icon on the top tool bar on you Mac. Upper right hand side of the screen. This will show you a list of available SSID names to select. See if the Netgear_EXT is listed here, if so, select it.
