What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
The ISP is Spectrum, they provided an UBEE DVW32CB
Your ISP modem already had a built in router and wifi:

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.

You are correct, the modem has a built in router, however my ISP charges a monthly fee to utilize it, since I Opted out, they place the modem in Bridge mode which I confirmed through logging in.
I believe that would cover the 1st option you have referencedOk, making sure which mode the modem was in.
You might check with Apple and see about using some port foward configurations for Time Capsule in the RBR to see if any of there configurations will help get the TC remote connection going. There maybe some specific Port Forwarding values needed.
