Connected Devices not Showing

This is probably the 2nd most common post about Orbi (1st is "How do I turn off 5G?")  The firmware is just hopeless.

Two tactics have been suggested:

• Perform a Factory Reset of the Orbi units:

  Depending on how much has been done to customize the Orbi configuration, this ranges from a 10 minute "that was nothing" to (in my case) over two hours of typing and cursing.  For many, a Factory Reset is a last resort.
• If the Attached Devices display was working correctly on a previous firmware, that firmware can be manually loaded on the Orbi.
  (However, there have been posts claiming that after doing this, the Orbi automatically updated to the newest firmware.)
