Connected devices using app

Why when using the app do s it show 0 connected devices and 1 satellite connected but when you log into the actual IP address of the device, it shows 40+ connected devices.  Does anyone else experience this?

    Yes i get the same issue 2 device connected then 0, also when 30+ devices it shows 0. It has bug on the application and firmware
