CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET

Just bought orbi lbr20 4g lte and been spending a whole week with technicians on both ends (Netgear and my provider AT&T) but unfortunately still not working except that I'm connected without internet. I have glanced through some postings here but wasn't able to find a good relevant answer. According to Netgear, ATT didn't provide me correct APN. and ATT claims is correct. Hit the wall there and no one seems to want to go the extra mile to find actual problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciate it.

    Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi LTE products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi LTE and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
