CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET

Just bought an ORBI LBR20 4G LTE (which is not even listed here not sure why ($350 paid)

and been spending a whole week with technicians on both ends (Netgear and my provider AT&T) but unfortunately still not working except that I'm connected without internet. My intention is to use Orbi as Mobile Broadband Connection and I have glanced through some postings here but wasn't able to find a good relevant answer. According to Netgear, ATT didn't provide me correct APN. and ATT claims is correct. Hit the wall there and no one seems to want to go the extra mile to find actual route cause. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    May we please know the current firmware version? 

    To clarify the APN, is it "Broadband"? If not, please change the Orbi APN to "Broadband".

  • Lbr20 lte ....I have same issue and narrowed the problem down to the traffic meter. When its enabled I lose internet. It will say connected without internet. Crazy that it would cause this but it does. Ive tried it multiple times and definitely my issue. Try to disable and then reboot.
