connected without internet
Since 2 days my internet is conected without internet intermitent. I tried to switch chanel without success and also run restart on the wifi too... no improvement. 3 month support while i have 1 year...
ISP Modem is: Technicolor CGM4140COM
the modem is connected on bridge mode
What does "connected without Internet intermittent" mean?: I mean i no longer have internet on wifi on smartphone (galaxy s20) and I can see the small exclamation mark on the upper right corner of my device on the 4 network strength bars. When I press above it says: connected without internet. It happens randomly, intermittently.
Firmware orbi : V2.7.3.22
i have run a 10 seconds reset (unplug power) of both devices
