Unplugged modem. Reset router.
What is that modem?
When you started things up, did you do it in the correct order?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
- Turn off and unplug modem.
- Turn off router and computers.
- Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
- Turn on computers and rest of network.

Not exactly like that. It’s an ATT modem. U verse.
After following steps. Should I see RBR50 in app? And do,I do factory reset before this?

You would be better off ditching the app and using a PC and the browser graphical user interface (GUI) to set up your router. The app is a dumbed down way of setting up things.
If the RBR50 is up and running, the Nighthawk App should find it.
You might find it useful to read the manual for this thing.

You may have done that already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear gave up on supplying paper manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads. - michaelkenwardJul 11, 2023Guru - Experienced User

Which one? ATT has provided many different modems over the years. It sometimes like to supply modem/routers. That makes ir more complicated when you try to add another router.

That is a "gateway", a modem router. That lands you in double NAT territory.
You need to set up your network accordingly, so that the "modem" does not fight with the Orbi router.
