connecting to Kumo Cloud from Orbi

Question

&nbsp;trying to connect to a device which will control my ductless air conditioner, manufactured by Mitsubishi. Their software is called the Kumo cloud. They tell me that I need to have a separate password for the 2.4 MHz band in order for their device not to be confused for a 5.0 MHz. Does anyone know how I can set up a dedicated 2.4 MHz login for this device?

You can not do this on orbi. Both the 5ghz and 2.4ghz have the same SSID and password.
