Connection issues, WiFi half working
In the orbi app the router shows a magenta color. Devices are able to connect to WiFi and use it but in a limited way. When an Xbox tried to connect to the WiFi it says an IP address needs to be found...
Does LAN cable connect with the xbox work?

When an Xbox tried to connect to the WiFi it says an IP address needs to be found. It also was able to connect to Netflix at times but Hulu always says it cannot connect like more apps. It’s unusual for some to be working and others will not. It will also show certain websites as unsecure. We’ve gone through the Normal steps of resetting but nothing seems to be fixing these issues
