Connection issues, WiFi half working
In the orbi app the router shows a magenta color. Devices are able to connect to WiFi and use it but in a limited way. When an Xbox tried to connect to the WiFi it says an IP address needs to be found...

Do you have something that can access the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net) with a web browser?
Desktop? Laptop? Tablet? The web interface provides different information than the "app".
What, exactly, is the Orbi connected to? (brand & model).

Everything i try to open that website with shows a message "this connection is not private" and makes you close the page. It is connected to an Arris modem, model TM3402A

Yes, the latest web browsers complain about any "http" URL because by definition it is not encrypted, and thus "not private." My browsers do this as well, so I hunt for the option (often sort of hidden and saying something like "more information") and tell the browser, "go to the damn web site already." (I am not allowed to curse at flowers because it would hurt their feelings. Computers have no feelings.)
The Orbi web management site is accessible only from the LAN side of the Orbi, which makes it incredibly difficult for "evildoers" to snoop on these unencrypted packets.
The Arris TM3402A is also a router https://www.cox.com/business/support/arris-tm3402.html So, the Orbi is a router, connected to another router, which Netgear calls a "Double NAT" situation: https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT As the article describes, this can cause problems.

This would be a double NAT condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop

My previous response was incomplete. The most modern web browsers are "very smart". Because "everybody knows" that http web sites are insecure, browsers often automatically look for a httpS ("secure") web site with the same name without being asked to. Try it:
Very deliberately type "http://ibm.com" into Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Opera (or "http://ge.com" or "http://facebook.com". Pick almost any major web site.) Do not put the "s".
What will pop up is the httpS version of the web site. Maybe the "https" will be missing, but a locked symbol will appear, which indicates https.
Alas, "http://orbilogin.net" is intercepted inside the Orbi router, which returns the IP address of the Orbi router. The web browser then dramatically displays, "INSECURE. EVIL. GO BACK. GO BACK.".
