Connection Issues

I'm having an issue when trying to connect monitor audio airplay amps to my orbi wifi. They just don't connect. I'm also having the same problem with my logitech airplay speaker ?

    Does it give you  a error or does it fail to connect? have you tried lowering the wireless channel?
