Connection timed out banking websites

- Ok doesn't seem to be a problem with the Orbi ... multiple people using the same ISP are facing the problem..
What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
Only this site or do others do the same thing?

I can access these sites through my mobile and through VPN.
Any thoughts
Orbi acts as a router.
Firmware Ver 2.3.1.58
The cable from ISP connects directly to Orbi there is no modem on premises.
These are the only sites where I have noticed the problem.
