My rbr50 was working perfectly have ir attached to a SimpliSafe system wanted to move a camera now the rbr50 will not reconnect to my internet. None of the 3 rbr50s will change to the blue color the 2 aux rbr go to the magenta color the main unit stays white then shuts down what am I doing wrong
do I need to reset the system with the reset buttons or do I need to erase the orbi system from everything?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
