Control Center Installation INCOMPLETE! Please restart again.

This doesn't have anything to do with the Orbi system.  Just updated October Windows 10 and after everything was installed I get the attached pop-up.  Do I need this utility?  I do need a utility to check and admin the Orbi system in our home. I do all the tech work for the entire family.  I'm not sure what to do now.  Everything is working with my Orbi system and as long as it does I'm ok.

    Was this from a CD installation software? You don't need this software. 

    Only items you need is a browser to connect to the orbis web page at orbilogin.com or you can use mobile apps to check on the Orbi.
