Couple of questions...

 Shouldn't be any blocking occuring...

 

I am asking because currently I have my PC attached to the satellite via ethernet cable, and I am attempting to control several Bose SoundTouch speakers (all connected via wifi to the router or the satellite) from the PC.  Some traffic is clearly flowing between them but one particular function, the Bose software on the PC acts as if its sent the commands but the speakers don't do anything to indicate that they were received, 100% of the time.  If I connect the PC via wifi (it will connect to the satellite as its physically right next to the PC) and try the same function, it still fails most of the time but succeeds occasionally.  Meanwhile, performing this function using iPad, iPhone or a different PC (all connected via WiFi) works flawlessly.  Unfortunately, I can't find any helpful info being logged either by the router, Windows, Bose's app etc.

What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

If you updated to recent FW v.210, try enabling Daisy Chain. Some have mentioned that this seems to be working in reverse order, enabling means disabled actually.

I presume the speakers are connected wirelessly? 

You might contact the Mfr of the speakers to see if there is any help or configuration information regarding these speakers and use of them on the Orbi sysytem. 

if other devices are working with the speaker system and this one PC isn't, possible issue with this particular PC.
