Crooked Orbi Router. Only solid green power light and can't perform a reset

Yes to both questions..
i did enable tftp from windows settings and tried cmd method as well for putting the firmware.. didint work. I used the tftp program recommended by NG specialist.. no luck.
While pressing reset button, the solid state green light doesn’t change. And i did put them image file in desktop after extraction

It shouldn't need a different program. The built in one works fine.
Are you able to ping the router?
When you're pressing the reset button, how long are you holding it?
have you tried a 30/30/30?
Thats holding reset while its powered up for 30 seconds, then power it down for 30 seconds while still holding reset, then powering backup all while holding reset for 30 seconds. Basically you're holding reset in for a total of 90 seconds?

How were you upgrading your system? Wired or wireless connected with PC or laptop? Or thru Orbi app? Wired PC is preferred.
