Customer Complaint

I purchased your GearHead support in April as I needed help with my Orbi router.  I thought the issue was resolved, however I'm still haivng problems and need to speak to support again.

 

However, when I log into my Netgear account I can see the Gearhead contract that I purchased, but cannot see my Orbi product registered.  When I try to register it, it will not allow me to do so.  With no product registered, it seems impossible to find any way of contacting support.  There is no telephone number on the contract email or receipt.

 

Netgear have charged me for support, but I have no way of contacting you.  I eventually found a phone number, but have been waiting on hold for nearly an hour - not acceptable when you've charged me a premium for support.

 

Please advise how I can speak to someone for support, or refund the amount charged for support which I am unable to obtain.

 

Netgear, this really is shocking customer service.
