Deregister my Orbi RBK53S

I have just sold my orbi RBK53S on ebay, and the new owner wants me to deregister.  Not sure how to do this - bought new from Amazon in May 2018???

    I've never tried it but was told you can log into your account and remove your active devices.

    Send a message here to a moderator or call Netgear support.

      It doesn't look as though i have an account (other than this one, which i set up today).  How do i contact a moderator?
