Device is already registered with another account

When trying to toggle on enable anywhere access, I get the message "This Netgear device is already registered with another account."  Any suggestions?  

 

After reading another post, I saw to reach out to DarrenM or ChristineT can either of you help?  I can send you any info you might need. Just let me know.  I sent an email to Darren but don't know if that came through.

    Did you use Netgear's Private Message system?

     

     

      • OK, just checking that you really didn't mean email.

         

        Does this device show up when you login to mynetgear?

         

        Who knows if they get extended breaks to mark thanksgiving. They will certainly return to a pile of messages.
