device not connecting to closest satellite

I am having the same problem with a doorbell camera that connects to the farthest device of 3 (the router Orbi) while in a daisy chain setup.
I cannot locate these advance settings/tabs in the app to try and dial down the strength %. Is there another place to do this?
The closest satellite is within 5 feet of the camera too; and always has poor connectivity.
my firmware is V2.3.5.30
