Devices Not Connecting To 2.4ghz on Orbi
I have bought the Netgear Orbi 40 with a sattalite. However I have noticed only 1 wifi for both 2.4 and 5GHZ. I have certain devices that can only connect 2.4ghz and they now cannot connect. Pls help...
Try manually setting Orbi to use channel 1, 6, or 11 on 2.4 GHz. Do this via the Orbi's web page management interface.
